Sharon Bandiel

Sharon Bandiel currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at FUSE Autotech, where responsibilities include building the finance department's infrastructure and managing financial reporting. Previously, Sharon held the position of VP of Finance at SightX AI, overseeing the establishment of the finance department and the preparation of financial statements until the company's acquisition by Rafael. As CFO at SQream, Sharon led a successful $40 million funding round and directed financial efforts during the acquisition of Panoply. Additional experience includes CFO roles at IncrediBuild and Infolinks Media, where Sharon managed M&A activities, and a corporate controller position at Maccabi Tel-Aviv Basketball Club, focusing on financial statement preparation. Earlier career achievements include VP Finance & Operations roles at SmartShopper, Inc. and Hotbar.com, both of which involved significant transactions resulting in acquisitions. Sharon started the career as an auditor at Deloitte Consulting, specializing in the high-tech sector.
