Kendall Utz has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. In 2014, they joined fusesport, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager, handling over 76 customer accounts and overseeing various sports events and competitions. Kendall later became the Director of Customer Success, leading the Customer Success Services for Key Accounts, such as Special Olympics. In this role, they managed the global Customer Success team, served as the product owner for the Special Olympics project, and developed revised roles and responsibilities for the team members. Prior to that, Kendall worked as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Colorado Springs Altitude Volleyball club, where they conducted practices and assisted in improving athletes' skills and work ethic. Kendall also worked as a Tournament Committee/Volunteer Coordinator at USA Taekwondo, overseeing volunteer management and assisting with athlete and coach registration at national events. Additionally, Kendall interned at the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, where they gained experience in various departments, including Science and Research, Results Management, and Outreach in Media.
Kendall Utz began their education in 2007 at Florida Atlantic University, where they studied International Business until 2009. In the same year, they also attended the Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR), focusing on Spanish Language and Literature. From 2009 to 2011, Kendall attended the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
