Ahmed Munawwar (Jack)

Ahmed Munawwar, also known as Jack, has extensive experience in the hospitality and engineering sectors, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Ahmed is part of the Engineering Department at Fushifaru Maldives since December 2018 and has been operating a personal business, Wooden Crafts Maldives, since January 2017. Previous roles include food and beverage positions at Velaa Private Island and Sun Siyam Irufushi, as well as management experience at Sabba Summer Suite and supervisory responsibilities at Crown & Champa Resorts. Ahmed's career began in the hospitality industry at Kurumba Maldives and Hilton Maldives Irufushi Resort & Spa, supporting various roles primarily in food and beverage service. Additionally, Ahmed served in military and police roles from 2002 to 2005, focusing on security operations. Ahmed holds a GCE O'Level degree in commerce.
