Eric Feldman has a diverse work experience in product development and management. Eric is currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Fusion Connect since June 2021. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Product Owner at CoreDial, LLC from January 2018 to June 2021. Eric also served as a Senior Product Manager at Windstream Communications in 2017 and as a Senior Product Manager at Broadview Networks from July 2012 to August 2017. Earlier in their career, Eric worked as a Marketing Manager at Hotwire Business Solutions from May 2010 to April 2012 and as a Product Manager at Comcast from October 2007 to January 2010. Eric started their career at ATX Communications and held various roles including Product Marketing Manager from October 2005 to October 2007 and Team Leader of Project Management from August 2000 to October 2005.

Eric Feldman, CSPO holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Philadelphia University, which they obtained between 2002 and 2005. Prior to their MBA, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing at The George Washington University School of Business from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their educational background, Eric Feldman obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in March 2019.
