Michael Miller

Michael Miller is Fusion Connect’s Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for leading the entire IT organization in a drive to develop and implement transformational services and greater employee and customer enablement. For more than 25 years, Michael has helped organizations to transform by simplifying, standardizing, automating, and optimizing IT processes. Prior to joining Fusion Connect, he was VP of IT Operations and Governance at Tronox, a leading global chemicals and mining company, where he recently completed one of the world’s most extensive SD-WAN network deployments on six continents. He has also held multiple executive positions including, Chief Integration Officer at NetFortris, consultant to the Chief Technology Officer at EarthLink, Chief Marketing Officer at Renesys Corp, and Head of Security for Global Crossing. Michael is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), has his Bachelors' degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College, and a Master's certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
