Tina Baugh

VP, Customer Success at Fusion Consulting

As vice president of customer success, Tina Marie Baugh drives initiatives that enable customers to achieve organizational goals using solutions across the Fusion Consulting portfolio. Tina serves as a champion and advocate for customers throughout their Fusion journey. In her role, she leads customer success, service delivery, project management, process improvement, and technology management.

Prior to Fusion, Tina served as director information technology for The Menninger Clinic where, along with many other initiatives, she led the transformation of the organization from paper medical records to the cloud-based Cerner medical record solution. Tina was the functional CIO and CISO. Her responsibilities included strategy, project management, information security, service desk, desktop support, networking, telecommunication, and all application support.

Tina has also served at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center as associate director of information technology and many other positions leading multiple projects including infrastructure, mobile and large contract management.

Tina holds a master’s of science degree in healthcare information technology and several certifications including certified information systems security professional (CISSP), certified healthcare CIO (CHCIO), and certified ITIL expert.
