Susana Clement Lorenzo

Susana Clement Lorenzo has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Acting Head of Department at Fusion for Energy since November 2007. In addition to this role, Susana holds the position of IFERC Project Leader and has acted as the Deputy Head of the Broader Approach Programme and Delivery Department. Previously, Susana was a Senior Administrator at the European Commission from December 1999 to October 2007 and worked as a Research Programme Administrator at JET Joint Undertaking between October 1987 and November 1999. Susana began their academic journey at the Lycee Français de Madrid, earning a Bac in Serie C before obtaining a Doctorate in Physics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1977 to 1986.
