Charles Kronschnable

Charles Kronschnable is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as the Executive Director of the Western Regional Innovation and Technology Alliance since March 2025, focusing on collaboration among government IT leaders across seven states. In addition to this role, Charles is the Account Executive and Operations Manager at Fusion Learning Partners, as well as the Founder of Contigo Minneapolis, a multi-day dance festival promoting top dance artists. Since January 2019, Charles has owned KC Rental Minnesota LLC and has been the Dance Stage Coordinator for the Stone Arch Bridge Festival since May 2021, managing dance entertainment for attendees. Previous experience includes a significant tenure as the Director of Technology and Information Security at the Minnesota Hospital Association and an internship as a Meeting Coordinator with LeadingAge Minnesota.
