Samantha Herrington has over 15 years of experience in administrative roles, currently serving as Secretary to Tony Field and Team Administrator for the Rail Team at Fusion People since December 2012. Responsibilities include organizing travel and accommodation, managing candidate training and compliance processes, and maintaining records associated with the Rail Management System. Previously, Samantha held the position of Senior Recruitment Administrator at Hillman Saunders, where duties involved assisting directors, managing office operations, and overseeing compliance and recruitment processes. Earlier work experience includes roles as a Receptionist and Sales Advisor, complemented by relevant educational qualifications, including a Distinction in a Private Secretary Course from Palmers College.
