Sandeep Pendyala has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Systems Analyst at VIRAJ LLC. Sandeep then moved on to Polaris Financial Technology Limited as a Sr. Consultant. Since 2014, they have been working at Fusion Plus Solutions Inc as a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer and Business Intelligence Engineer. In these roles, they have been responsible for the development and execution of data management and data analytics projects, designing overall strategy and managing the day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects, managing scope and mitigating risk across projects, managing the entire projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, task allocation, user training and Roll outs, managing external Audit (third party Audit), internal security assessments, internal audits, customer audits, compliance, third-party risk management and customer security management, confidential data security using data masking, leading BI development teams, implementing SDLC life cycle, Agile, waterfall, scrum, Kanban methodology, six sigma and Quality, Risk, Incident, Change and Resource Management.

Sandeep Pendyala completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2003. Sandeep then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science from the University of Detroit Mercy, which they completed in 2007.
