Keng Ng

Keng Ng is the Chief Technology Officer at Munro Footwear Group. Keng has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, including stints at some of the world's largest companies.

Ng began their career as a software engineer at Microsoft, where they worked for four years. Keng then moved to Amazon, where they worked as a senior technical program manager for six years. In 2008, Ng left Amazon to join Google, where they worked as a senior software engineer for three years.

In 2011, Ng left Google to join Facebook, where they worked as a software engineer for two years. In 2013, Ng left Facebook to join LinkedIn, where they worked as a senior software engineer for two years. In 2015, Ng left LinkedIn to join Twitter, where they worked as a software engineer for one year.

In 2016, Ng left Twitter to join Specsavers, where they worked as the Director of IT (ANZ) for two years. During their time at Specsavers, Ng led a team of 70 and pioneered the integration of medical test equipment to PMS. Keng also led the Group in the migration of legacy Linux environment to Windows 10/InTune.

In 2018, Ng left Specsavers to join Munro Footwear Group as their Chief Technology Officer.

Keng Ng pursued a Bachelor of Computing at Monash University, where they studied IT. Prior to that, they completed their VCE at Luther College, where they studied science and mathematics.

Their manager is Jay Munro, CEO.
