Lynn James

Lynn James is an experienced professional in the field of business continuity and disaster recovery, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Fusion Risk Management since September 2017. Lynn provides strategic direction to resiliency leaders and assists organizations with the development and execution of business continuity (BC), IT disaster recovery (IT/DR), and crisis management programs. Prior to this role, Lynn held various positions, including Senior Enterprise Resiliency Advisor at USAA, where responsibilities included the implementation of an enterprise notification system and the development of a 24x7 Enterprise Operations Center. Earlier experience includes roles at SunGard, Affiliated Computer Services, and Comdisco, focusing on technical sales support and advanced recovery solutions. Lynn is a founder of James Enterprise Storage Services and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Angelo State University.
