Stephanie is General Manager People and Performance, and is responsible for the delivery of People & Performance capability across New Zealand and Australia. Stephanie’s passion is meeting the challenge of attracting the best talent in the market and, ensuring they have an amazing experience being part of the Fusion5 journey.

With 20 years’ experience Stephanie provides employment relations advice and support, manages the day to day People & Performance operations, development and implementation of policies and practices, recruitment, Health & Safety, managing and implementing various programs and projects as well as supporting Fusion5 managers.
