Sharin Kaur Veriah

Sharin Kaur Veriah currently serves as the Group Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Fusionex International, a position held since April 2014. In this role, Sharin leads the legal team, provides strategic legal advice to stakeholders and management, and oversees contractual matters and negotiations while managing legal risks for the Group. Prior to joining Fusionex, Sharin worked at Shook Lin & Bok Malaysia, starting as a Pupil in Chambers from October 2007 to June 2008, advancing to Legal Associate in October 2008, and then becoming a Senior Associate until March 2014. Sharin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and a Certificate of Legal Practice from Brickfields Asia College.
