Jennifer O’Brien

Jennifer is a technology consulting leader with over 20 years of experience in improving organizational and individual performance. She most recently led product marketing for Explorance, an employee experience survey and technology provider. Jennifer also led Explorance’s consulting team managing the development and execution of technology and analytics solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

Jennifer’s prior background includes developing consulting, technology, and training solutions for nonprofit organizations looking to measure the impact of their programs.

Jennifer lives in Chicago with her husband, Kevin, and their 10-year-old daughter, Madeleine.
