Maggie Snape

Maggie Snape is the current Vice President and Director of Human Resources at Fuss & O'Neill. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at AW Direct from September 2006 to March 2009. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Human Resources function for a 75-employee division of an industrial supply catalog company. Maggie was also the main point of contact for employee inquiries about company benefits and policies, and facilitated employee relations discussions. Maggie Snape began their career in Human Resources as a Recruiter at Fiserv Lending Solutions from May 2005 to September 2006. In this role, they were responsible for proactively recruiting candidates by participating in job fairs, conducting open houses, and actively networking. Maggie also conducted initial telephone interviews and recommended candidates to hiring managers.

Maggie Snape attended Southern Connecticut State University and the University of Pittsburgh. Maggie has certification from the HR Certification Institute and SHRM.

They work with Diane Mas - Chief Resilience Officer & VP, Kevin Johnson - EVP, Business Development, and Richard Lundborn - Business Line Manager, Community Development. Maggie Snape reports to Kevin Grigg, President & CEO.
