Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Fusus

Luca Cellamare is an Artificial Intelligence Engineer with experience in Computer Vision, Python, and C++. Luca began their career in 2017 as a Research Scholar at NECSTLab, where they developed a sleep monitoring system using Python and a Raspberry Pi. Luca also gained experience with Keras, Tensorflow, and PyTorch, and explored multiple Entity Resolution methods on financial data. In 2021, they became a Graduate Assistant at the University of Illinois Chicago, where they implemented a system to automatically collect company and stock market data using Python and Shell scripting, and designed a record linkage algorithm to perform financial entity database linkage (Python). Luca also became a Computer Vision Engineer at OneVision+, where they implemented an object detection algorithm and gained hands-on experience with various Computer Vision tasks leveraging OpenCV and C++. Currently, they are an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at Fésus.

Luca Cellamare has a diverse educational background. Luca completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2018. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution in 2021. Luca then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they are currently completing. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: High Performance Graph Analytics from Politecnico di Milano in 2019, and EleMenti d'impresa from Politecnico di Milano in 2018.
