Lokesh Bobba

Lokesh Bobba is an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager with a robust background in recruitment and team management, currently working at Futran Solutions since October 2021. Previously, Lokesh held the role of Human Resources Manager at Bluebix Solutions from November 2018 to October 2021, where responsibilities included leading a team of recruiters and executing senior and leadership hiring across various sectors. Prior experience includes HR Manager positions at SoftStandard Solutions and FIK E-Commerce Pvt Ltd, along with roles in HR and administration at PSIPL and project supervision at Zynergy Group. Lokesh began a career in human resources at RAK Ceramics as a People Management Trainee after earning a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, in 2014.
