They have held positions at Systech International, Sparta Systems, Inc., SunGard, Positron, Deal Action, LogiStar Solutions, InfoLogix, Prologix Marketing Group, and Xybion Digital. They have also aquired DealAction.com. The team is educated from Rutgers University - Camden, DeSales University, and Parsons School of Design - The New School.
