Ellie Hooker

Ellie Hooker is a proficient UX Researcher with a diverse background in digital content management and user experience design, currently working at Future Arc with clients such as PwC, Healthwatch England, and the NHS SBS. Experience includes roles at Spotify as a Consultant, where Ellie contributed to a global holiday campaign, and at Parkinson's UK, optimizing user engagement through extensive research. Previous positions include Digital Content Producer roles at UNSW and AGL Australia, as well as account management at Fitness Playground. Ellie began a career in digital coordination at RNLI and gained foundational experience as a Change and Lean Intern at Airbus Group. Ellie holds a BA Honours in Business and Management from the University of the West of England and additional training from General Assembly.
