Jorge Schwalb Pomareda

Jorge Schwalb Pomareda has a diverse range of work experience in finance and logistics.

Jorge most recently worked as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Future Beauty Labs starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Finance Analyst at the same company from September 2021 to March 2022.

From 2019 to 2020, Jorge worked as a Corporate Budget Analyst at Belcorp. Jorge then moved on to Villa Andina S.A.C., where they held two roles consecutively – Financial Coordinator from September 2018 to January 2019, and Treasury Coordinator from May 2017 to September 2018.

In 2017, they briefly worked as a Financial Cost Analyst at Cervecería Barbarian.

Jorge's career began with an internship at OBRAINSA where they gained experience as a Finance Intern from December 2014 to January 2016.

Jorge Schwalb Pomareda holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Financial Technology from the University of Strathclyde, which they earned from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, at Universidad de Lima, from 2011 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Jorge has obtained several certifications. In May 2021, they acquired the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg. In February 2017, they completed The Complete Web Developer Course 2.0 from Udemy. In January 2017, they achieved the CFA Level I certification from the CFA Institute. Lastly, in December 2015, they obtained the Thomson Reuters Eikon - Version 4 certification from Thomson Reuters.
