Aino-Mari Kiianmies is an accomplished Nordic Balance & Performance Coach and keynote speaker with extensive experience in leadership and board development. Currently, at ainomari.com since May 2019, Aino-Mari specializes in high-performance coaching for leaders. As a founding partner of a virtual Toastmasters club and a partner in several regional associations under Hallituspartnerit, Aino-Mari promotes best practices in board work for Finnish SMEs. With a strong background in academic roles at the University of Lapland and Oulu University of Applied Sciences, Aino-Mari has contributed to leadership research and education. Additional board roles include membership in the Directors' Institute Finland and SSH Communications Security. Aino-Mari holds multiple degrees, including an MS in Accounting and a Master's in Laws, and is pursuing a PhD in Business/Managerial Economics at Tampere University.

Future Board is a network for young company board members. Our mission is to create and develop future board knowledge and our dream is to be an international learning platform for future board work. We support and develop our members and the board work of the young generation. We educate young professionals and in the long term we are building a future with skilled board experts. Our organization was founded in 2012, first called as Hallitusjuniorit. We changed the name to Future Board in order to build an international network.
