Heikki Väänänen

Heikki Väänänen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Master English Ltd since February 2021. As the Founder and Executive Vice President of Growth at HappyOrNot since February 2010, Heikki has positioned the company as a global leader in real-time customer and employee satisfaction measurement. Additionally, Heikki founded Future Board ry, a network for young board professionals, in 2011. With prior roles including Chairman of the Board at Optinet Oy, Member of the Board of Advisors at Scanburger, and Director of Operations at THQ, Heikki has a strong background in both technology and operational management. Educationally, Heikki holds a Master of Science in International Business from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Master of Science in Economics from Tampere University of Technology.
