Mika Peuralahti serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and a member of the executive team at Smartum Oy, leading business transformation through data-driven growth strategies and overseeing alignment across sales, marketing, customer service, and product development. With previous substantial experience at Elisa from 2007 to 2021, Mika held several key leadership positions, including Head of Content Delivery Technology and Head of Device Development, contributing to significant initiatives in IPTV and OTT services. Mika is also actively involved in multiple board memberships, including Safetum and Rakettitiede, and participates in Future Board ry, a network for young professionals. Educationally, Mika holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Media Engineering and a Vocational Qualification in Information and Communications Technology.

Future Board is a network for young company board members. Our mission is to create and develop future board knowledge and our dream is to be an international learning platform for future board work. We support and develop our members and the board work of the young generation. We educate young professionals and in the long term we are building a future with skilled board experts. Our organization was founded in 2012, first called as Hallitusjuniorit. We changed the name to Future Board in order to build an international network.
