Milja Makkonen

Milja Makkonen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in legal, customer success, and board leadership roles. Currently serving as a Member at Future Board ry since September 2023, Milja engages with a network of young board professionals. At M-Files Ment, roles include Solution Lead, Head of Customer Success, and Associate since March 2020. Milja also holds the position of Chairperson of the Board at Exact Tools Oy and has previous experience as a Transfer Pricing Trainee at Deloitte and Legal Trainee at Enics. Early career positions include Sales and Marketing Assistant at BOLT.works and Sales Representative at Red Events Oy. Milja earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Helsinki and studied at Charles University, complemented by a high school diploma from Pohjois-Tapiolan lukio in media and theatre.
