Teemu Rämö serves as the Chairman of the Board and Board Member at Fament Oy since October 2022 and as a Member of Future Board ry since April 2023, contributing to the development of young board professionals. Previously, Rämö held the position of Head of Department at NCC in the Business and Residential Development sector from September 2017 to November 2024. Rämö's career also includes roles at Hartela as Senior Property Developer and Project Manager, along with project engineering positions at YIT and NCC. Early experiences include a research assistant position at Tampere University of Technology and a trainee role at NCC. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development and a Master’s degree in Construction Management and Economics from Tampere University of Technology.

Future Board is a network for young company board members. Our mission is to create and develop future board knowledge and our dream is to be an international learning platform for future board work. We support and develop our members and the board work of the young generation. We educate young professionals and in the long term we are building a future with skilled board experts. Our organization was founded in 2012, first called as Hallitusjuniorit. We changed the name to Future Board in order to build an international network.
