Delayna K. Watkins BSN, RN, BCPA is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in clinical management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Executive Director at Women's Wellness Lounge, Inc. since September 2011 and Regional Care Manager at FutureCare Health since March 2017, Delayna has held various impactful roles, including Clinical Readmission Program Manager at Anne Arundel Medical Center and Senior Clinical Admission Liaison at Dimensions Healthcare System. With expertise in developing high-performing strategies, managing client transitions, and providing education on wellness, Delayna also owned Total Woman Wellness, focusing on health coaching and empowerment for women and youth.
