Corrina Nickerson

Corrina Nickerson is a seasoned professional in performance coaching and development, currently serving as the Coach Operations Development Manager at Future since April 2019. In this role, Corrina oversees coach onboarding, learning, and development, while implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of coaching programs. Previous positions include Performance Manager, where leadership of a team of 12 performance coaches fostered a high-performance culture, and Performance Coach, providing tailored personal training for over 70 clients. Corrina's background also includes experience as a Performance Coordinator at RISE Athletes, a Graduate Assistant Swimming Coach at Springfield College, and an Athletic Counselor for various Division I and III teams. Corrina holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Athletic Counseling from Springfield College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Keene State College.
