Manoj Gagvani

Manoj Gagvani has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. MANOJ started their career as an Assistant Company Secretary at Excel Industries Ltd. in 1986, where they gained exposure in accounts and finance operations. MANOJ was promoted to the role of Assistant Company Secretary, where they independently handled share and investor-related affairs.

In 1996, Gagvani joined Nilkamal Limited as General Manager (Legal) & Company Secretary. MANOJ played a key role in setting up various businesses in manufacturing, retail, and real estate. MANOJ managed complex litigations, ensured compliance with applicable laws, and established systems for seamless business operations. Gagvani also maintained satisfactory investor relations and implemented healthy governance practices.

In 2007, Gagvani joined Pidilite Industries Limited as Head of Legal and Secretarial for International Businesses. MANOJ was responsible for structuring overseas entities, implementing compliance management systems, and handling cross-border acquisitions and joint venture arrangements. MANOJ coordinated with attorneys globally to protect the company's assets and intellectual property rights.

Since 2008, Gagvani has been serving as the Head of the Legal and Compliance Function at Future Consumer Limited, where they oversee all legal and compliance matters for the company.

Manoj Gagvani completed their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Mumbai University in Mumbai from 1982 to 1987. In addition, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws - LLB (Gen.) in Business and other laws from Mumbai University. Furthermore, they obtained a degree in Company Secretary with a focus on Corporate and Allied Laws from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
