Prannav Shah is an accomplished professional in the field of compliance and legal affairs, currently serving as Director & Head - Compliance, Legal & Secretarial at White Oak Capital Management since January 2022. Prior to this role, Prannav held significant positions, including Head of Compliance at Edelweiss Asset Management Limited and Assistant Vice President at Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund. An extensive career has been built with key contributions at Invesco Asset Management, L&T Mutual Fund, and ICICI Prudential AMC. Prannav holds an ACS in Compliance from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
