Paul Lord

Paul is a Registered Nurse with well over 35 years experience in working within Health and Social Care. During this time he held a number of key clinical and managerial positions and has, within these posts always aspired to the delivery of services that were centered around the people who used those services. In March 2016 he retired from the Director of Operations position and returned to Future Directions, on a part-time basis as the Training and Development Manager. He is also the line manager for the Positive Behavioural Support Lead.
