Sheetal Gotpagar

Sheetal Gotpagar has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Sheetal is currently working as the Vice President of Engineering at Future Family, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they were a Product & Engineering Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where they managed the Amazon One & AWS Chime AI/SDK team from September 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining AWS, Sheetal had a significant tenure at Amazon, starting in August 2019 and ending in June 2021. During their time there, they held the role of Product & Engineering Manager for the GoodReads Foundation and DevOps, leading the Infrastructure and Foundation team responsible for core technologies enabling millions of Goodreads users to find their next best book.

Before their time at Amazon, Sheetal worked at Macy's from September 2014 to August 2019. Sheetal held different roles during their tenure, including Senior Manager of Product & Engineering for the Credit Portfolio, where they drove the technology and product strategy for Macy's credit card portfolio. Sheetal also served as a Manager of Product & Engineering, overseeing the Macy's Customer Domain Platform and 3rd party Technology Partner programs.

Prior to their time at Macy's, Sheetal worked as a Senior Staff Software Engineer and Staff Software Engineer at E*TRADE Financial from December 2011 to September 2014. Sheetal also worked as a Senior Consultant at VISA Inc from January 2011 to November 2011 and at PayPal from October 2010 to December 2010.

Sheetal's earlier experience includes working as an Engineering Manager at HSBC from July 2006 to October 2010. Sheetal was known for their expertise in Software as a Service and IT as a Service strategy and led technology projects for providing solutions for OneHSBC core products. Sheetal also provided product strategy and marketing support for OneHSBC Call Center product.

Sheetal's career began as a Software Developer at Mphasis from June 2003 to June 2006. Overall, they have a strong background in product management, engineering, and technology strategy across various industries, including finance, e-commerce, and healthcare.

Sheetal Gotpagar has a diverse education history. Sheetal has obtained certifications in various subjects such as Artificial Intelligence, Pitching Projects and Products to Executives, Selling to Executives, Strategic Thinking, Machine Learning, Digital Marketing Strategies, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Data Science.
