Emily Gandolfi has transitioned from a successful career in the hospitality industry to pursuing a passion for fitness and wellness at Future Fit Training Ltd since September 2020. Prior to this, Emily held various roles in several prominent restaurants, including Floor Supervisor at Brat, Assistant General Manager at Caravan Restaurants, and Assistant Restaurant Manager at both The Palomar and The Barbary. Emily's journey in hospitality began at The Blues Kitchen, where experience ranged from Restaurant Manager to Waitress. Emily's educational background includes a Diploma in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Liceo Statale "Melchiorre Gioia."
