Alicia Gregory

Alicia Gregory has a diverse and extensive work experience. Alicia currently holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Tilt Renewables since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Future Fund from 2019 to 2022 as the Deputy Chief Investment Officer - Private Markets and Head of Private Equity. From 2018 to the present, they have also served as the Chairperson and Director at the Australian Investment Council. Alicia has been a Board Member at the Institutional Limited Partners Association (ILPA) from 2021 to 2023. Before these roles, Alicia had a long career at MLC from 2002 to 2019, where they held various roles and served as the Head of Private Equity. Alicia also worked as a Guest Lecturer in Private Equity at the London Business School from 2013 to 2017 and as a Non-Executive Director at Netball Scotland from 2014 to 2015. Alicia began their career as an Analyst at CBA from 1998 to 2002.

Alicia Gregory attended INSEAD from 2012 to 2013, where they completed the General Management Program. Alicia also pursued an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (ADFS), although the start and end year are unknown. Additionally, Alicia obtained a CFA certification from the CFA Institute, and they earned a BBus degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney.
