Seif Al Madanat is a Co-Founder at ProjectSea since June 2021. Seif has been with Future Health Biobank since 2011, serving as the Regional Business Development Manager. Prior to that, Seif held various roles within the company, including Regional Manager and Line Manager for Tooth Stem Cells. Seif started their career at Bayer Pharmaceuticals as a Medical Representative from July 2008 to December 2010. Seif holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the German Jordanian University, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Petra. Seif completed their high school diploma at the National Orthodox School.

Since inception in 2002, Future Health Biobank has remained the largest and most pioneering UK stem cell bank, continuously setting standards for others to follow.
