Agnes Bundy Scanlan

Agnes Bundy Scanlan is currently a board member at Future of Privacy Forum. Agnes has previously worked as the regional director for the northeast region at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a senior advisor at Treliant, and TD's Chief Compliance Officer & Global Chief Privacy Officer. Agnes also has experience as an independent director, president, and counsel.

Agnes Bundy Scanlan has a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, an A.B. from Smith College, and various certifications from notable universities such as Cambridge, MIT, and Harvard. Agnes is also certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in cybersecurity and by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) in CIPP. In addition, they have a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Bank of America and is licensed to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the Commonwealths of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia.
