Kaitlin Grady possesses a diverse background in strategic partnerships, public affairs, and development within the alternative protein and food industries. Currently serving on the Advisory Board for The Future of Protein Production and holding the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships and Public Affairs at Clever Carnivore, Kaitlin has also contributed as a Development Manager at The Good Food Institute and participated in the External Committee for The Chapel Hill Alt. Protein Project. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Analyst in Prospect Development at the University of Chicago. Kaitlin's educational foundations include a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on Economics and Global Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduate studies at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
