Alexa Zamfir has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexa started their career as a Marketing and Public Relations Assistant at Etika Media, where they managed media editing projects and conducted interviews. Alexa then interned at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as a Government Affairs Intern, where they analyzed data and assisted with event logistics. Alexa also held leadership positions at AIESEC UK, serving as the Vice President of the Outgoing Global Volunteer Team and later as an Experience Manager for Outgoing Global Volunteers. In these roles, they managed student exchanges, built relationships with international partners, and trained team members. Alexa also co-founded Polygeia, where they served as the Founder and Former President, and was responsible for overseeing the organization's operations. Furthermore, they worked as a Project Manager and later as a Consulting Director at 180 Degrees Consulting Stockholm, acquiring clients and managing social impact projects.
