Gilbert Leopold

Gilbert Leopold, CSM, currently serves as a Technical Writer/Editor at Future Technologies Inc. since October 2023. Previously, during a tenure at Lockheed Martin from June 2020 to June 2023, Gilbert worked as a Technical Writer and Scrum Master, where military, commercial, and recreational marine industry expertise was integrated to accurately develop Navy technical documents, ensuring timely project completion. In the role of Software Test Engineer, Gilbert collaborated with Agile Scrum teams to execute strategic projects and maintain regression test suites. Gilbert's extensive background in the US Navy, spanning from 2004 to 2020, included serving as a Sonar Supervisor/Technician, where mentorship and strategic planning in undersea warfare were key responsibilities. Prior experience also includes a position as Territory Sales Manager at Lanier Worldwide, leading a high-performing sales team. Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health and Wellness from Bowling Green State University.
