Lex Brugman has a diverse work experience, starting as a Sales and Technician at HCT Computers in 2004, followed by a similar role at MyCom in 2006. Lex then moved on to software engineering roles at NLR - Netherlands Aerospace Centre from 2008 to 2009, Tizio BV in 2010, and Futurewhiz from 2010 onwards, where they held various positions including Head of Engineering StudyGo and Team Lead Squla. Additionally, they founded Slim-IT in 2003.
Lex Brugman obtained a HAVO degree in Natuur en Techniek from Keizer Karel College in the years 2001-2006. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology in Information Technology at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2006 to 2010.
