Nicole Nightingale

Nicole Nightingale has had a diverse range of work experience. Nicole is currently working as a Customer Success Consultant at Future Worx, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Relias UK where they held multiple roles. Nicole served as the Interim UK Director from June 2020 to June 2022, during which they led the UK business through a company re-launch and managed a director-level team. Nicole also spearheaded a global accounts receivable project, resulting in a significant reduction in unpaid invoices. Additionally, Nicole was the Head of Customer Success from January 2020 to June 2022, where they played a key role in hiring and managing the Client Success team. Before this, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager from March 2019 to January 2020, overseeing high-profile projects and providing strategic business reviews. Nicole's earlier work experience includes roles at Place2Be as a Training Administration Officer, and at Deluxe Digital Cinema, Deluxe Digital London, and Deluxe Entertainment Services Group in various client services and coordination positions. Nicole also gained experience at John Lewis as an Online Buying Administrator, at Brentwood Borough Council as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, and at New Horizons Primary School and Bannockburn Primary School as a Teacher (Placement).

Nicole Nightingale pursued their Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Greenwich, from the year 2005 to 2009.
