Faisal Javeed

Faisal Javeed has worked in the software industry for more than 20 years. In 2000, they began their career as a Software Engineer at INTECH Process Automation. In this role, they were responsible for competitor product study, conducting R&D, and development and design of modules. Faisal was later promoted to Senior Software Engineer (Team Lead), where they were responsible for leading two projects with a team of four members, code reviews, and design approvals.

In 2005, they moved to SENSYS, where they held the roles of Projects Director and Maintenance Head + R&D Lead. As Projects Director, they were responsible for managing different products from research and development to closure, managing a team of 25+ developers, and projects steering and oversight. As Maintenance Head + R&D Lead, they were responsible for product development and design.

In 2009, Faisal Javeed joined FutureNow Technologies as a Program Manager and Projects Manager. As Program Manager, their responsibilities included looking after multiple related projects execution, coordinating among team members, making project proposals, getting estimates from technical lead, budgeting, and communication with clients. As Projects Manager, their responsibilities were similar, but focused on managing multiple projects execution.

Finally, in 2017, Faisal Javeed became the CEO of Next Generation Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd.

Faisal Javeed began their educational journey in 1992 when they attended Crescent Model Higher Secondary School and obtained their F.S.C in Mathematics, Physics, and English. Faisal then moved on to Government College University, Lahore, where they earned their BSC in Double Maths and Physics in 1995. Finally, they completed their BCS at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in 1999.
