Erica Garrick

Erica Garrick is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operational management and scientific analysis. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Futures Inc. since January 2013, Erica has held various roles including Product Program Director, Business Analyst, and Client Success Analyst, focusing on customer service excellence and effective problem resolution across multiple platforms. Prior experience includes working as a Food Biologist and Wet Chemist at Microbac Laboratories, where responsibilities included developing standard operating procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, Erica gained expertise as a Laboratory Applications Specialist at MEDITECH, where project management and training for laboratory systems were key duties. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Siena College and a Master of Science in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
