Francisco Javier Pagan Rico is a seasoned professional in software development and project leadership, currently serving as a Project Leader at Future Space S.A. since September 2022. Prior to this, Francisco held the position of Java Software Engineer and Team Lead at Capgemini from December 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included client requirement analysis, documentation design, software development, and certification. Francisco’s extensive experience also includes roles as a Software Developer at everis from October 2013 to November 2018, contributing to significant projects for the Ministry of Justice and internal project management software, employing technologies such as Java, mySQL, and PHP.
