Alicia Carballo

Alicia Carballo has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Alicia began their career as a Graphic Designer at Clustar Business Center and Dipres Guerrero, and then moved on to Editorial Designer roles at Revista Publicitaria Buy/out and Semanario Buenos Dias Merida. In 2014, they began working as a UI/UX Designer at ManagementPro, where they developed knowledge in UX, got certified by Hubspot in E-mail Mkt and Inbound Mkt, and created interfaces according to business needs. In 2019, they transitioned to a UI/UX Designer role at Plenumsoft, and then to a Diseñador UX/UI role at 31rooms in 2020. Most recently, they have been working as a Product Designer at Futurestay and a UX/UI Designer at Weblabor México since 2021. In addition, they have been working as a Freelance Graphic Designer since 2016, offering effective solutions to SMEs in areas such as Graphic Design, Websites, Social Media, User Interface, User Experience, Consulting services, and Marketing strategies.

Alicia Carballo obtained a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from Universidad Interamericana para el Desarrollo between 2018 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Centro de Estudios las Américas between 2008 and 2013. Alicia also has a certification in Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
