Terry Groden

Media Research Analyst / Training Lead at Futuri Media

Terry Groden has over 30 years of experience in the media industry. In 2017, they began working as a Media Research Analyst and Training Lead for Futuri Media. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Board Member for the North Olmsted City Schools Board of Education. During this time, they were also the Campus Director for The Ohio Media School - Cleveland Campus, where they were responsible for overseeing the operation of the school, enforcing policies to meet accreditation and federal funding guidelines, and maintaining relationships with broadcasting/media companies. From 1990 to 2017, they worked for Metro Networks, where they held two roles: Radio and Television Reporter and Director of Operations. As a Reporter, they wrote and anchored news and traffic reports for various radio and television stations in the Cleveland area. As Director of Operations, they managed 25 employees, maintained relationships with 26 Radio and 4 Television affiliates, and oversaw the day-to-day operation of a multi-million dollar facility.

Terry Groden obtained a Bachelor's degree in English from The University of Akron between 1985 and 1987. Terry then attended The Connecticut School of Broadcasting and earned a Diploma in Broadcasting in 1989. In 2002, Terry Groden completed a Master's degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
