Kourtney Di Perno has a diverse work experience. Kourtney started their career in 2012 as an intern at Ann Shatilla's Hollywood Trend Report. Later, they worked as the President of the Decision Sciences Student Association at Concordia University. In 2013, they joined babyTEL as a Content and Event Manager. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Michael Page as an Associate Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, and Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in property, construction, and ICI construction. In 2016, they became a Regional Sales Manager at AppleOne Employment Services. In 2017, they joined Michael Page again as a Managing Consultant in Finance and Accounting. Currently, they are working at Fuze HR Solutions, where they started in 2018 as the Managing Director of Fuze Executive Search & Ontario Office. Recently, they also took on the role of National Vice President- Professional and Office.

Kourtney Di Perno began their education at Lower Canada College in 2002 and completed their high school education there in 2007. Kourtney then attended Phillips Academy Andover from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained their high school diploma. In 2009, Kourtney enrolled at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, graduating in 2013. In 2014, they furthered their education in the field of Computer Science by obtaining an Associate's Degree from edX, completing the program in 2015.
