Sarah Fell

Sarah Fell is an accomplished recruiting professional currently serving as the Director of Skilled Trades at Fuze HR Solutions since October 2023. With extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, Sarah leads a team with over 50 years of combined expertise in the Skilled Trades sector. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Raise from June 2012 to September 2023 as a Senior Recruitment Specialist, collaborating with senior leaders and HR managers across North America. Sarah has also held positions as an Account Relationship Manager at Ian Martin Workforce and a Senior Technical Recruiter at The Ian Martin Group, where a passion for career counseling and candidate support was demonstrated. Early career roles included positions in customer service at OLG - Ontario Lottery and Gaming and The National Golf Club of Canada. Sarah is currently pursuing a Human Resources Management degree at Durham College, having previously earned a Human Services Counsellor Diploma in Social Work from the same institution.
