María Cristina Mitchell

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various fields. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Simultaneously, Mariana has worked at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. as an assistant compliance officer since January 2016. Prior to these roles, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana has experience in academia as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in administration and business management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a bachelor’s degree in food, nutrition, and wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
