Michael N. has a diverse work experience primarily in technical writing roles. Michael started their career at Carbonite in 2007 as a Technical Customer Support representative, where they provided technical assistance to users and conducted interviews for new hires. Michael then transitioned to the role of Technical Writer, creating and maintaining self-help articles, training documentation, and user guides for multiple product lines. As a Senior Technical Writer, they project-managed initiatives, mentored a team of writers, and collaborated cross-functionally to produce high-quality content for consumer and business products. In 2019, Michael joined Threat Stack, Inc as a Technical Writer, where they served as a product owner, created embedded content, and collaborated with UX designers, engineers, and product managers. Currently, they are working at Fuze: An 8x8 Company as a Senior Technical Writer, where they partner with product designers and UX teams to shape the user experience, establishes processes for tracking and addressing UX writing requests, and leads cross-functional collaboration to define best practices.
